Built for Big, Heavy, Premium Products

Sonora Express serves manufacturers in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway that sell large products directly to US consumers. Typical products include:

  • Saunas
  • Hot tubs and cold plunges
  • Greenhouses
  • Outdoor kitchens
  • Other heavy goods that ship crated or palletized

Most parcel networks stop accepting packages around the weight where these products begin. Sonora Express is built for the class from 100 kg (220 lb) up to a full 40’ shipping container.

How It Works

  1. Loaded at your workshop

We collect the crated product at your factory and consolidate it at the nearest gateway.

  2. Air or ocean freight

The shipment moves on the express air lane or the economy ocean lane, whichever you chose.

  3. US customs cleared

Sonora Express USA takes care of all custom formalities, so your customer just receives the shipment.

  4. Driveway delivery

A liftgate truck brings the crate to the customer's address on a scheduled date.

  5. Uncrated and built

The crew unpacks, positions, and assembles the product, then confirms with photos that it is ready to use.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who acts as the importer in the United States?

Sonora Express USA clears customs in its own name and covers the duties, so the shipment does not enter the US in your customer's name. Your customer receives a scheduled home delivery.

How is this different from FedEx, DHL, or UPS?

Parcel carriers are built for small packages, and most stop accepting shipments long before 100 kg. Sonora Express is built for the 100 kg to full-container class and includes customs clearance and on-site assembly.

How large can a shipment be?

From 100 kg (220 lb) up to a fully loaded shipping container, which is about 20,000 kg or 44,000 lb. Below that range, a parcel carrier is usually the better tool.

Do you assemble the product after delivery?

Yes. A trained crew uncrates, positions, and assembles the product following your instructions: saunas finished, hot tubs wired and water-tested, greenhouses framed, cold plunges filled and tested.

What happens if the assembly cannot be completed?

The crew documents the issue before leaving, and Sonora agrees on the next step with you, such as a return visit or a replacement part. The handling terms are stated in your quote.

Is the shipment insured?

Cargo insurance can be arranged for each shipment. State the product value in the quote form and your quote will include the insurance option.

How does quoting work?

Send the product type, weight, and destination through the form below. Sonora replies with one door-to-door price within one business day, with no obligation.
